Children’s Yoga

An opportunity for your child to discover the joys of saluting the sun, linking movement with breath, assuming the shapes of animals, and deep relaxation. We’ll learn basic postures and sequences and practice sitting still and noticing our thoughts, the sensations in our bodies, and the sights and sounds in the world around us. Play-based, no experience necessary & suitable for all ages!
