Laura Louise Ingkatanuwat

Hi, I’m Laura Louise, but children have always called me Ms. Lou! I grew up in Raleigh and first fell in love with Montessori education right here at Asheville Montessori School as an assistant teacher in Nan’s class back in 2002. I’m overjoyed to be back home at AMS after living in Atlanta for 14 years. While in Atlanta, I studied Psychology and Women’s Studies at Agnes Scott, worked as an assistant teacher and administrator in Montessori schools, got married, and became a parent. I love to read, hike, and spend time with my family and our cats, dog, and chickens!
